The best Oxtail soup in town. Our Chef follow a strict step by step methodology where the meat is cooked for a combined 12-18 hours to render it juicy and tender leaving the broth flavor. One can order the Sop Buntut a la Carte at The Porte or order room service for in-house guests.

Fried marinated chicken topped with fresh mango & sauce.

Bubur Ayam

A thick rice porridge topped with shredded chicken, sliced scallion, crispy fried shallots, chopped cilantro, crushed peanuts, fried crullers, and sliced boiled eggs. Served with soy sauce, sesame oil or fish sauce.
